I've had the pleasure of living at Fifteen 51 Apartments for the past three years, and it has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers outstanding amenities that make it a great place to call home. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The maintenance team is especially impressive given their responsiveness, efficiency, and pride in their work. A special thank you to Logan Sanders, who consistently goes above and beyond. He's always willing to help, completes maintenance requests in a timely manner, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. I highly recommend Fifteen 51 Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming community with exceptional service and a team that truly cares about its residents.

I have lived here since opening day and overall it has been a great experience. The apartments are without a doubt the nicest in the Lexington area and the location is second to none. You do have the normal issues that occur from other residents as you would in any large complex. That's really the only downside about living here but I realize not much can be done about that. The maintenance guys Logan and Tony are by far the best maintenance team I have ever seen at any apartment I have ever lived at, and I've lived at a lot of different apartment complexes. They get stuff fixed same day or next day and they fix it right the first time. I wouldn't want to leave this apartment solely because of them. Also the cleaning lady does a great job. The residents here for whatever reason tend to trash the place but she is there everyday cleaning it up such that the place is in tip-top shape like it never happened. I have consistently seen her go above and beyond, cleaning stuff that I wouldn't even notice, and I am the most OCD person I have ever met. So needless to say, the common areas and buildings are always super clean. Can't say enough good things about the maintenance and cleaning crews.
