My fiancé and I have lived here since the beginning of 2025 and love love love this building! Will and Melvin are truly the best duo and make living here so easy and fun. My family loves coming over to visit, I enjoy seeing the other tenants in the hallways, and definitely know this will be my best experience in an apartment building. Not enough good things to say!

I contacted Vitra Apts for a tour & was quickly contacted by the most delightful young lady, Ms. Madeline Clark. On the day of the tour, she was waiting for me outside when I arrived with a friend and was so friendly, upbeat and welcoming. As we toured 3 apts, Madeline was patient and gave us plenty of time to investigate every nook and cranny. She answered every question, pointed out important features and amenities but was never pushy. The manager also introduced himself and was also kind and welcoming. We loved these unique luxury apartments and loved Madeleine even more. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about were the very dark halls. Loved the black apt doors but would like to see a bright decor with some colorful artwork on the walls. Overall, I feel these apts would be wonderful to live in, not as expensive as you might think and with outstanding amenities. PLUS getting to visit with Madeline everyday would be a great gift.to anyone. .
